We want you to be completely satisfied with your repair experience. If for any reason you're not happy with our service, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your device and we'll do our best to make it right. We stand behind our work and offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs. If your device isn't functioning properly after a repair, we'll fix it for free. Please note that our warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or water damage.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you've received a defective or damaged device, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we'll be happy to exchange it for a new one. If you've changed your mind about your repair, we offer a 14-day exchange policy. Please note that the device must be in its original condition and packaging.
